Heat - One of my favorite movies and I can't believe it's now 20 years old. That being said, they could have easily chopped out 30 minutes of extraneous material.

This awful no-budget "RoboCop"/"Terminator" wanna-be has achieved semi-legendary status in bad movie circles. The acting and dialogue are horrendous, the pacing is non-existent, and the "robot" is just a leather jacketed dude with a porn 'stache. WTF moments abound.
For best results, watch this movie while under the influence of at least a 12 pack of beer.
I actually watched this last night. Pretty awful stuff. A lot of the dialogue doesn't even make sense in the context of the situation it's used in.

Monty Python's Flying Circus - Season 1, episode 4
Featuring "How to defend yourself against fresh fruit" and the initial appearance of the 16 ton weight that became ubiquitous in later episodes. Also, on a side note, the 70's Canadian punk band Pointed Sticks took their name from this episode.

I prefer the "And Now For Something Completely Different" versions of a lot of the original skits. Slightly better budget to play with.

Watching a cool mini series on Netflix called "Superheroes: A Never Ending Battle," which originally aired on PBS... neat stuff about the history of the comics industry.

NONE of the dialogue made ANY sense! That's what made it so effin' hilarious after a while! All the characters were trying to sound so high-tech and scientific and deep but it was all just ... babble.

"Easy Rider" (1969)
Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper (who also directed) star as two hippie motorcyclists who have numerous strange encounters while on a road trip across America. This counterculture classic obviously packed a bigger wallop in 1969 than it does now, but it's still an entertaining time capsule.
Random observation: Hopper's character looks like Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath.

Various college basketball games.
Classy move by Roy Williams in North Carolina's first game at home since the passing of Dean Smith. He held up 4 fingers and the Tarheels opened the game using Smith's patented four-corners offense. And they scored out of it.

"Godzilla" (2014)
Mega-budget 21st century re-boot of the Big Green Guy focuses less on monster mashin' chaos and more on the plight of the puny humans caught in the midst of it, but it still manages to be a fun ride... certainly better than the P.O.S. 1998 attempt by the "Independence Day" crew anyway.

The Green Slime (1968)
This was one of those movies they used to play on the local independent station when I was a kid, saw it several times and when I was 6 years old it was pretty damn cool. Now it's just a truly odd Japanese/American co-produciton most notable for having Bond girl Luciana Paluzzi in a supporting role. I have to give the filmmakers credit, they throw in a bit of everything in this picture, too bad they were only able to manage "Thunderbirds Are Go" level special effects. Still, it's silly "monsters breaking havoc on a space station" fun.
