Soundgarden

My Sister’s Machine is a very underrated grunge band. They were the next best thing to AIC.

Alice In Chains is the one band I enjoy the most from that era/scene. Everything up to their self titled album (with the 3 legged dog on the cover) was great. That self titled was pretty bad imho. I've never really heard anything post Layne Stanley's death.
Pearl Jam's Ten is the only album by them that interests me.
Same goes for Nirvana's Nevermind.

AIC I've been a fan of since the first time heard them. Love all the album with Layne. Just sorta-like the more recent stuff. They need to pick up the pace a little.

Stone Temple Pilots, grunge or not, love em. All versions and groups associated with them (ie Talk Show, Army of Anyone) too.

Soundgarden I like, mostly the older stuff, but the last few were ok too.

Pearl Jam I never got into, mostly cause I dislike Eddie "Mumbles" Vedder.

Nirvana are hit and miss for me. I could probably just cherry-pick a decent comp from all the albums.

Temple of the Dog, and by association, Mother Love Bone are both great one-album wonders.
