I used to have everything up to Blackaciddevil, or whatever it was called. It got the ax in my Air Force sell off, but I've been meaning to pick up his stuff again. You recommend everything? I don't dislike Danzig at all, but just haven't re-purchased anything yet. |

| well, Blackaciddevil is my least favorite for the same reason that it's everyones least favorite Danzig album. to many effects used on the vocals & a little to experimental for it's own good. however, yes i recommend the rest of them very highly. 6:66 through Circle Of Snakes are very underrated albums. _________________ | |

| Love all of his solo stuff up until Blackacidevil for the same reasons others have stated. After that, I kinda lost interest, but I understand that he's returned to the stripped down back-to-basics approach. I would like to pick up that Lost Tracks box set at some point too. Saw him live a few years ago as well. Great show. I wish he would bring back the original band line-up. John Christ is awesome. His solo album is really good. | |

| The first 2 are classics, IMO. The third left alot to be desired. The 4th is my very favorite. I also like Blackacidevil because it was there for an odd time in my life involving unrequited love and vodka. (Long story ) The others I haven't heard enough to form a solid opinion. |

| The first three Danzigs seem to be the universal faves. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| Loved the How The Gods Kill and mildly liked the first two. After that I lost track of Danzig. There was this die hard Danzig fan when I was in middle school who got pissed off at me when he saw me drawing the logo in lower case letters (I remember there was one logo that was like that so I drew it on a book cover). "You capitalize Danzig dumbass!" He was an sfincter and even when I explained that I know how the logo looks, and that I was just drawing the logo I saw somewhere, he told me I wasn't "worthy enough" to draw that one (this is when I first got into metal and all the metal heads at school treated me like a poser-the Danzig enthusiest [sic] was their leader and I never got any respect as a metal head until he moved-I of course moved a year later and that was the last time until I joined HOM). | |

| What a band. Glenn Danzig, Chuck Biscuits, Eerie Von and Johnny Christ take a bow. The first 4 are great, that kinda lizard king roadhouse biker blues metal. Kinda like if on Electric the Cult actually sold their soul to the 'King Contrary Man'. That whole Rick Rubin/Def American produced stable in the late 80's/early 90's was on roll. So many classic hard rock/metal albums were produced in that period. | |
