I wouldn't count on it. The studio footage on YouTube showed a cello, violin, trumpet, and children singing with Luke. I'd like to see them cut back on the "kitchen sink" approach too, but that's not likely to happen. It's pretty much expected at this point.

yeah. Bands take those elements way too far nowadays.

But as a band who makes music for the glorification of their Lord and for their own musical fulfillment, wouldn't they have artistic license to do so? If some don't like it, they aren't obligated to buy or support the album. For those of us who enjoyed the flute solo, the Japanese robot voice and the bits of orchestral influences here and there, then it works out better for us. Would I love to hear "Pathogenic 2" from the band? Part of me does, but then part of me enjoys the fact that they haven't recorded the same album twice and continue to expand and change over time. You can't be in a band for more than 20 years and not change your style at all unless you're Bolt Thrower. Not everyone can be Bolt Thrower, and not everyone should be expected to be either.

sure they can. I just wish they would tone it down.

I wish they would just record a straight forward album and maybe have a few weird songs as bonus tracks. The odd stuff throws off the flow of the music at times.

On a related note, I am eating BBQ right now and if meat is murder, then murder tastes sooooo damn good!

Everyone thinks the "other guy" has the agenda...it's human nature. Christians think there is a "anti-Christian agenda" and non-Christians think there is a "Christian right agenda"...it's all just displaced fear.

Everytime TQT comes up its Luke is a jerk cause he wasnt nice to me and made me feel bad or Ted has certain views on animals - all of which has nothing to do with the music. We havent even heard or seen any lyrics and people are contending Ted is assaulting the catholic faith or promoting animal rights, all because there is a cow on the cover.

Ill go back to Shawn's General Statement alert and say read the lyrics first before making judgments...

I was "trying" to be funny with some "hate" quips. oh well Guess that is why I am not doing stand up for a living. The lil head scratcher emoticon was "simulating" me thinking up "funny" comments. My policy has pretty much benn the following, " I am not judgemental, just mental"
