Post those metal bands/albums that you listen to in the closet.
The Funeral of God by Zao is one of my favorite albums I love Maylene and the sons of disaster (how people think this is southern METALCORE I have no idea) I think Shogun and The Crusade by trivium are both good albums.
I wouldn't say that I'm in the closet about this, but I actually really love the first two Venom albums without the original line-up, especially Calm Before the Storm!! The title track from that album is one of my top 10 favorite Venom songs! Does anyone else here like those albums by any chance?

This is a solid, heavy album most metal lovers would enjoy.

Not really metal but my biggest guilty pleasure is Soundgarden. Went through a brief period where I listened to them nearly nonstop and still enjoy them from time to time

I'm in that "like what I like" department
The usual suspects in my listening habits that are not "metal" would be Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac,(early) Canned Heat,(early) Savoy Brown, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Grateful Dead, Hot Tuna, Rory Gallagher, Allman Brothers Band, New Riders of The Purple Sage,Flying Burrito Brothers, and Commnader Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen.

It's kind of tough to find some good rap today, isn't it?
