Don't do YouTube due their censorship of free speech. Tommy will be jazzed you pimped the new clip for them, I'll be sure to let him know.

That's a nice song. The only Tesla album I own is Mechanical Resonance.
Need to check out more.

No worries… I just thought you were maybe “off the grid” too long…
Tommy is in a new band called “Resist & Bite”. They are not too shabby IMO.

Everything up to Psychotic Supper is great. “Bust a Nut” isn’t bad either… The greatest hits cd tends to be the one I go for because it is convenient.

I like them. The singer was in Blonz back in the day.

Bust a Nut is fantastic, man. Forever More and Into the Now are also quite good, but the quality definitely dipped a bit. Simplicity is okay and Shock is garbage.
New song is the best thing they've done in a long time, though Jeff's voice is still too grating these days. Always seems too high in the mix, for whatever reason. There's just a harshness to it now that wasn't there back in the day. =(

I know they want to get back to just straight-forward hard rock after the response the last album. That must have been a huge disappointment for them--working with Phil Collen for several years while on tour twice with Def Leppard only to have the album's reception be lukewarm at best.
This song doesn't have anything to it that screams "lead single" though. It sounds like a pretty weak correlate to a song like "Solution" from Bust a Nut.
I really do believe they are capable of writing awesome songs. As others have said, Into the Now and Forovermore are full of them, and some still get included in their live setlists amidst the classics everyone knows.
It's almost like they are thinking too much and trying to hard to pin down a certain sound now after the last couple of albums have flopped. Hope they discover a way to recapture the momentum they had previously.

If you like Tesla - you may like this band. Singer reminds me - of Tesla’s singer, a tad. Not a bad cd -
