The Man In The High Castle (Amazon)
Part of Amazon's Pilot Series that debuted today, this is a beautifully filmed version of the famous Phillip K. Dick novel produced by Ridley Scott. The story posits that the Nazis and Japan won WWII and now the east coast is controlled by the Nazis and the west coast by Japan, with a "neutral zone" in the Rocky Mountains. Very high production values, excellent cast.
You can watch it for free on Amazon and if you review it then it increases the chances it will be picked up to series and more episodes will be made.
I tried to watch this as I read the book years ago but it's only available in the U.S! What's the f*%king point of a world wide web when they pull crap like this. Just another reason to hate Amazon.

The Librarians: This show is so hockey and corny, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Little girl: Daddy? Who were those people? Sheriff: Honey, those were the Librarians! Little girl: The librarians? Sheriff: Yeah, now that I said that out loud, it doesn't make much sense to me either.

Separate licensing agreements have to be made for every territory in the world, since this is just a pilot for a potential series they probably didn't want to go through the hassle of drawing up a gazillion agreements. When it gets picked up to series and more are produced they will probably license it worldwide.
Don't hate Amazon, hate the ridiculous complexities of international copyright law.

"Everything Or Nothing: The Untold Story of 007" (2012)
This way cool documentary about the history of the James Bond franchise was made to coincide with the release of "Skyfall" and celebrate the film series' 50th anniversary. Features lots of interviews with cast members, producers, directors as well as plenty of clips from each film and behind the scenes goodies. Fascinating stuff if you're a Bond fan.

I think I mentioned this before, they tired to make a Clancy type story and failed.... that said Pine would have been fine as Jack Ryan in adaptation of one of the early Ryan novels.

Gamera:Super Monster
This is basically "Gamera's Greatest Hits" as it features footage from all his previous movies loosely wrapped around by a silly "three spacewomen here to save Earth" premise. Still, if you ever wanted to see all of Gamera's best fight scenes in one movie, this is it!

"RoboCop 3" (1993)
The third go round for Officer Murphy finds a new actor in the Robo-Suit (Robert John Burke) and a PG-13 rating (boooo!). This time the evil OCP has teamed up with a Japanese corporation. Their plans to bulldoze a Detroit neighborhood to clear the way for their new Delta City project causes the death of RoboCop's partner, Officer Lewis, Robo then joins the resistance movement against the OCP mercenaries and lots of shoot'em up, blow'em up fun ensues as usual.
This flick is widely considered to be the worst in the Robo-series, but despite that I've always enjoyed it. Yeah, it's cartoony, dumbed-down crap, but at least it's fun crap. I definitely like it better than the godawful early 90s TV series or the soulless 2014 remake.

NFC Championship
While I like Russell Wilson, I hate the rest of the Seahawks (esp. Marshawn Lynch and Richard Sherman) and I'm sick and tired of hearing about the "12th Man" nonsense so I'm lovin' watching them struggle to this point.
EDIT: Damn! My enjoyment just went away. Seattle scored a TD then recovered the onside kick with a little more than 2 minutes left 19-14 Green Bay but Seattle is on the move in GB territory.
EDIT2: Damn, Damn, Damn!!!!!!! I hate Seattle!
EDIT3: Now I REALLY have to pull for Indy otherwise we get a Seattle/New England Superbowl which means I probably will watch Puppy Bowl and MASH episodes. It also means I would be looking forward to the halftime show more than the freakin' game (I like Lenny Kravitz) because 2 of my most hated teams would be playing each other.

That was a great game, however I hate the Seahawks. Their coach is a loathsome scumbag that destroyed the USC progam by being as dirty as dirty can be. He's also a 9-11 truther. What an asshat. I find their bandwagon fans repellent and their 12th man nonsense was stolen from Texas A&M. There is nothing to like about the team. All that being said, that team is legit terrifying but luckily, they will be destroyed in the off season because all their good players will be negotiating contracts and they are up against the cap.
I can't stand the Patriots, but I think I would root for them over the Seahawks. Maybe not.

I don't know, since mutual annihilation isn't possible I'd probably have to give a slight edge to Seattle because as I said, I respect the hell out of Russell Wilson and I admire the stuff he does off the field. And The Cheatriots have Bill Belichick who I think is a dick. And I hate Tom Brady. And Darrelle Revis and Rob Gronkowski, etc, etc, etc.
At least I can find one player on Seattle that I like.

AFC Championship
It sure looks like we're heading toward a New England/Seattle Superbowl which would royally suck in Tohoworld. Wouldn't be the first time I largely ignored the Superbowl and only tuned in during breaks in Puppy Bowl or other stuff on cable I find more entertaining than watching two teams I totally hate.
Same reaction I would have to a Yankees/Dodgers World Series although I have yet to boycott a WS.

Don't be hating on my Dodgers.
As far as the NFC and AFC Championships went. Both teams I really wanted to lose made it in. I dislike the Patriots just a tad more than Seattle. I may do like you Toho and skip it.

I want to see this. It looks really good based on the trailers and what I know of the true story and the reviews have been glowing for the most part.

Funny thing is the Dodgers are my Dad's favorite team and I used to like them. Then they became the NL version of the Yankees, Red Sox and/or Angels and started throwing money around like it grows on trees. AND they have Yasiel Puig. So utter revulsion set in.

NFC championship game - wow, what a game! I can't ever remember a championship game quite like it. I don't hate SEA and I am glad they beat GB in the end (especially since Dallas SHOULD have been in the game, if not for bad ref calls!!!)
AFC championship game - watched parts of it.. not a fan of NE and I hope they get their asses kicked in the big game. On a side note, NE has NOT won the big game since they got caught cheating. I hope that trend continues!
