Keeper of the Seven Keys Part One or Two?

Thats tough! While I love the songs "Save Us", "The March of Time", and "Future World", I find that "Eagle Fly Free" is just irritating and the title track just on #2 just plain sucks.

The artwork on 1 is also a lot better than 2.

That being said, I gotta go for pt. 1. Solid album from start to finish, no filler, no need to skip any tracks.

I love 'em both, but to choose one?


I go with Part II.

Part one. Part two I thought was a little boring.

Part two is my favourite.

Part 1 by a hair.

Part I definitely. Don't care much for "Rise and Fall, We Got the Right and Keeper", while the only problem I have with the first album is it's way too short. I usually make a mix and listen to the ultimate power metal album.

Even though I like both. I prefer Pt. 1.

Part one for me. Not that I really hold one over the other, but 1987 was a better year in my life and have more pleasant memories to associate with pt. 1; than 1988 which had more turmoil in it and pt. 2 arrived then.

when you think of classic helloween the above come to mind for me. I think its kinda like choosing between which child is your favorite - both are excellent.

It's close for me, but I think part 1 is better when considered as a whole album.

Part II. However, Helloween has since produced stronger works several times over, IMO.

I voted Part 1. I like it best plus I have to help out Freddys cause here,Haha!

I love them both equally, but I allways have to take the weakers side.

this thread is slowly overcoming my burnout on Helloween enough to listen to them from the start again...

Part 1 has the best song (Halloween), but Part II has better songs. "Eagle Fly Free", "Dr. Stein", "I Want Out." And plus there is no "A Tale That Wasn't Right." That song stinks.
