It was a decent Running Silent type movie. It's slow paced, but worth a look.

Why Did We Get Married, Too?

Tyler Perry keeps pumping out movies and TV. Some of it is great, some of it so-so. This one was so-so. Too melodramatic for me, but it was momma's day off and I told her "we do what you want today." So, there. It did have some funny moments.

I thought that was a great film. Different to a lot of films but still interesting.

Even in its time, the original "Clash" was kinda chintzy looking. It was released in the 80s but the special effects were total late 50s/early 60s .

I think Clash is just as classic today as it was in the 80's. Its a shame they had to go and remake it as just another loud, overly computerized cheesefest.

I'm with you, however, I will still see it (probably with a pirated movie site or at the $1 show).

Transformers 1 was an enjoyably brainless popcorn flick.
Transformers 2 hypnotized the audience into a state of undeserved enjoyment with shiny visuals and incoherent action.

Precisely the kind of movies I hate.

If you're gonna create an FX-driven movie I want those FX to be gore FX, not pyro, explosions and robots.

Oh yeah, the other exception would be monster FX

I've never met anyone with such a diametrically opposed view of movies as you MB.

It's actually quite useful for both of us. If you like it I'll hate it and if I like it you'll hate it.

True with movies.

But with music we agree at least half the time it seems.

We definitely agree more with music than movies. Hell, I can't even remember the last movie we agreed on.
