Thing is, you can have the original recording and the re-recorded version and you can enjoy both. And several live versions, because live is where it's at.

If I like listening to it, it goes in my shelf. Very simple.

Some older albums actually do need a good remaster. It can be almost a night and day difference if it’s done right.
