And now, thank you for the heads up! Had no clue they had new material out.
Wings of Chains was one of my favorite new metal releases of the past some odd years, so I'm stoked for this.

Through Bandcamp, I ordered a CD of a new NWOBHM comp called Jobcentre Rejects. Weird name, but sounds awesome. I'm resisting the urge to listen to the stream of it and wait for the CD. It's coming from Sweden, so shipping was pricier than usual, but some of you may be interested in it, so here's the link: https://jobcentrerejects.bandcamp.com/releases
This came in yesterday. Man--worth every penny. This thing smokes.
Also, yesterday I ordered Belladonna's first solo CD. Haven't heard it in years since I sold all my CDs in 2006 or so and I got nostalgic for it and played a few tracks on youtube. Such a good record.
I also ordered Chuck D's new album on cassette, which I think is limited to total 200 tapes, with varying colored clamshells.

I streamed most of it and I did like what I heard. The cost/shipping was a little off-putting, but maybe I'll reconsider.

The shipping is definitely a bummer, coming from overseas but I guess there's not much to do about that. There is a third--party seller on Amazon with it for $12.98 plus $3.99 shipping, which is not as steep. Amazon lists it as being available from them, but it "ships in 2 to 5 weeks"...so...
These kinda things are what I really go for now. I don't buy a ton of CDs, not like I used to and not like many here still do. So when I do, it's either rebuying something for cheap that I really want again or something new that pops up that I'm all in on. Not buying anything for collection filler or one cool song or any of that stuff I used to do.
This comp is a labor of love and comprised of stuff that had not been easily available for a while, so I definitely want it. Ha.
