The local thrift store has been pretty crap-tacular lately with their cd selections, but I found a couple yesterday that were (maybe) worth a buck a piece.
Bowling for Soup - A Hangover You Don't Deserve Helmet - Aftertaste

Some nice Half Price Books finds:
Didn't realize later that the digipack had some water damage (the booklet it completely unreadable). Was kind of dissappointed but I saw how much it went on Amazon:

I ordered a couple things that haven't come in yet that I'm excited about.
Through Bandcamp, I ordered a CD of a new NWOBHM comp called Jobcentre Rejects. Weird name, but sounds awesome. I'm resisting the urge to listen to the stream of it and wait for the CD. It's coming from Sweden, so shipping was pricier than usual, but some of you may be interested in it, so here's the link: https://jobcentrerejects.bandcamp.com/releases
And then I also ordered the new Sacred Reich/Iron Reagan split 7". One song per band I think and limited to 1000. Sacred Reich's song is on Spotify and in normal Sacred Reich fashion, they dive into the 2019 political arena. Good shit and stoked for their new album. Comments on the Youtube video are funny, but whether you agree with SR politically or not, it is hilarious to be surprised they have a political song. Anyone who commented about them not putting their politics in their music I assume never listed to the old albums?
Devin Townsend - Empath (2CD) Doors, The - Morrison Hotel Doors, The - Strange Days Doors, The - The Doors Doors, The - Waiting For The Sun R.E.M. - Murmur Rush - Retrospective II: 1981–1987 Weezer - Maladroit

Thanks for the heads up on this gem! I just ordered a copy for myself.
I haven't bought anything in a while. The latest I have picked up:
Pink Floyd - Animals on vinyl at Walmart of all places, I think it was 16.99. Fear Not - New one Holy Soldier - S/T remaster on CD Love Life - Goodbye Lady Jane remaster on CD

Hey, no problem. His shipment email said a second volume is coming in September, so gotta be on the lookout for that too.

Been trying to get reacquainted with W.A.S.P. so each payday I'm trying to commit to buying their stuff till I have it all. I've got a long ways to go, but I just ordered a couple yesterday. Going in order of release, so far I'm only up to the first couple.
Bought the last command and the electric circus. Tried buying live in the raw, but the guy I ordered it from said he no longer had it. Try again next week.
Also bought the Queen 40, volume 2 box set. Those are great ways to get the Queen discography. Three volumes with five studio albums each, with five bonus discs, $37.00 each set so far.

Southern Culture on the Skids - Dirt Track Date Various - Legends of Ukulele
The Legends of Ukulele seemed like a fun listen. The only name I recognized on this list of "legends" was Tiny Tim and his famous 'Tiptoe thru the Tulips', but it was put out by Rhino records and they have a pretty good track record for quality comps. For .97 cents, how could I go wrong.
