Speaking of Italian flicks, anyway ever see that abomination also known as 'Monster Dog' starring Alice Cooper, what is even funnier is dubbed Alice's voice with another actor.
I could be wrong but I believe "Monster Dog" was a Spanish production
I have a DVD-R of it that a friend made for me a couple of years ago but it's a VERY poor quality copy, so I've never been able to make it all the way thru the movie. The audio and picture aren't quite "in synch" (i.e., you hear dialogue being spoken about two seconds before the persons' lips move) which was driving me batshit crazy. Haha.
Now that you have me thinking about it, though, I should see if anybody has posted that flick on YouTube (which is where I watched "Demons" last night...)
You might be right, but I thought it might be an Italian production because for some odd reason Alice's new wave period was hugely popular in France, etc, where every else in the world, Alice fans pretty much ignored it.

I read an interview w/Alice years ago where he'd said he signed up to do the Monster Dog movie while he was still drinking, but by the time production started he'd gone on the wagon. So he was like "Wait, I agreed to do what now?"

Psycho II (1983)
Better than average sequel follows Norman Bates back to his home after being released from the asylum. The film can't quite decide whether it's an old school psychological thriller or an 80s slasher flick, so it tries to cover both bases. However, Anthony Perkins is so damn good as Norman that he makes the whole thing worthwhile. The film is reasonably well directed and there are some great Albert Whitlock matte effects that still look impressive.

Psycho II really, really, really surprised me. I mean, think about it. A sequel to The Exorcist? Sure, why not. A sequel to Texas Chainsaw Massacre? Hey, it'd make for a good franchise. A sequel to Psycho? Woah woah woah, back the ever living F*ck up. Psycho was flawless. It's gold. It can't be touched, right? Total disrespect and dishonor to even try something like that. Hitchcock would be rolling in his grave! But they go ahead and do it...and it works. It works very well, and even satisfies with its continuing Bates saga. I was not expecting such satisfaction when I had sat down to watch it ten or so years ago, and I was smacked in the face. You're right about it being uneven, and it could've been somewhat more sincere, but it works so well I've kept it in my top horror sequels list.

I don't know what Matheny was thinking by starting Lance Lynn. Anyway, this next game at PNC should be much different. Liriano is 3-0 against STL this year and Joe Kelly is 3-0 against Pittsburgh this year (and 2 of those were at PNC). This should be a very low-scoring game.

All of the criticism on here is justified, it doesn't sound very 'live' and the choreography is just plain bizarre! There is also quite a lot of pointless psychobabble (we already know what your songs are about). However, once I got into it, I pretty much loved it!

Cards vs Pirates Well at least Liriano didn't beat us; the Cards' pen F'd it up in the 8th.

"Tucker and Dale vs. Evil" (2011)
Tucker and Dale are two good ole' boys who just want a quiet fishing weekend at their rustic West Virginia mountain cabin, but things get complicated when a group of yuppie college kids become convinced that they're psychotic killers. Mayhem, naturally, ensues.
This horror comedy takes ever cliche and convention of the hillbilly-horror genre and turns them completely upside down. It's funny as hell, it's gory as hell, it's a great time!!
