Went to a friends house for an 8mm movie reel night! It was fun watching short 18 minute versions if Star Wars, Return of the Jedi, Alien and Westworld, as well as cartoons with Woody Woodpecker, and shorts from Abbott & Castello and Harold Lloyd. Good times.
That sounds like great fun!

Love that damn show. Too bad NBC will surely pull the plug as soon as the remaining 13 episodes are aired in February.

It's the first I've seen of it, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. I watched the first 7 episodes in one sitting (hooray for lazy sundays).

Season 1 is normal by comparison to the insanity of seasons 2 & 3.

I just watched the only complete football game I've seen this year (I lost almost all interest), it's nice to see the 49ers heading back to the Superbowl again, brings back memories of when I watched them in the early 80s.

I'm really pretty indifferent about all but one team in the post-season this year. I used to hate San Fran but I kind of like Harbaugh's coaching style. THe one team I have any emotion for in the NFL's post-season is New England; MY MOST HATED TEAM IN ANY SPORT!!!!!!! I'm no fan of the Ravens (especially with all the Ray Lewis worship going on) but I will cheer for ANYONE against the Patriots.

When I first started really getting into football the 49ers were my favorite team (circa 1979). Over the years I've followed several different clubs, but it's nice to be able to cheer for San Fran again.

Somewhat agree - not at all a fan of Billacheat and the Patriots..... and not a fan of the Ravens, agree with you on the Ray Lewis worship (I guess getting away with 2nd degree murder is now forgotten????)... so hoping for the Haugbowl....
Side Note: New England has not won the Super Bowl since they got caught cheating

"The Batman Vs. Dracula" (2005)
In this feature-length spinoff from the mid-'00s animated series "The Batman," everyone's favorite Dark Knight is not the only Bat in Gotham City anymore, when the Penguin accidentally awakens the King of Vampires from his crypt in Gotham Cemetery. As Dracula feasts on the citizens of Gotham to build his undead army (and selects girl reporter Vicky Vale to be his bride), Batman must find a cure for the afflicted and take down the head bloodsucker once and for all.
I never watched "The Batman" show but it had a slightly different "look"/style than the earlier "Batman: The Animated Series," which took a little getting used to. (The eye holes in Batman's cowl are so huge and white that he looks like Spider-Man with pointy ears, and The Joker looked like a Rastafarian!) Despite that, the animation's great and the story's creepy and action packed, though be warned, it's a bit too horrific and bloody for the kiddies.

Series finale of Fringe. Now that one of my shows is no longer there for me to follow, I shall prepare myself to start watching "The Following". I will probably not be watching TV in the evenings soon so I will have to make use of On Demand.

Over the last 2 or 3 days:
The Incredible Hulk Watchmen Dexter season 1 Postal Crank: High Voltage
I almost regret watching that 2nd Crank film... There just didn't seem to be a point to it. I don't mind a meat-head of a movie every now and then, but there has to be at least SOME kind of reason behind it all. It seemed the only reason to make the movie is because they made the FIRST movie!

And this is just the kind of crap that makes it real easy to keep on hating the Patriots:
