Hall of the Mountain King & Gutter Ballet are probably the way to go...Fight for the Rock has a few good moments but isn't their best...Dead Winter Dead is great if you're looking for the introduction to TSO, but not Savatage...

Edge Of Thorns is your daddy.
Then Gutter Ballet, Hall Of The Mountain King, Sirens and Streets.
Power Of The Night is pretty badass too.
