| Which Savatage is your favorite? Mine is Edge Of Thorns. It was my first introduction to Savatage and the guitar stylings of the late Criss Oliva. It is also what made Zach Stevens my favorite vocalist. I love each song from beggining to end and can resite the lyrics and hear the songs in my head without even listening to one second of it. Also the front cover is my favorite metal artwork of all time. | |

| I used to own all the Savatage studio discs. I can't say there is a Savatage album other than Dungeons, Sirens, and POTN that I miss owning. POTN is my personal favorite. It is awesome from front to back. |

| As much as I listen to Power of the Night and Handful of Rain, I went with Hall of the Mountain King because of sentimentality for the first time I heard the opening riff of the title track... | |

| Hall of the Mountain King - hands down. I also love Gutter Ballet (saw them live on this tour! It was fantastic! I got to see Criss before he died). Streets is good too, but it took a while for that one to grow on me. |

| The Wake Of Magellan for me, with Gutter Ballet and Edge Of Thorns a close second. I'm a bigger fan of the Zak Stevens albums, mainly because Jon's vocals on the early albums can be a bit caustic on my ears from time to time. I love those albums, but there are times when I just can't listen to them, and the reason is the vocals. Jon is a hundred times better now. I think The Wake Of Magellan was the best album with Zak, and it's the one Savatage album that I can listen to any time. |

| The first song I ever heard by them was Chance off of the "Handful of Rain" album. After hearing that song the same friend that played it for me, then played me the "Wake of Magellan" album and I was hooked. I just had to get it. So WoM is my favorite Sav. disc, because of the memories it holds. | |

| EOT, and it's not even close. the solos on that disc slay. I wonder what Criss would've had for us next, because he was at his best on this one. Gutter Ballet, Sirens, Streets, and Hall are after that. |

| Streets: A Rock Opera for me... when I first bought that I played it so much that I wore out the cassette in less than a year. Though all Savatage is good Savatage in my book (with the possible exception of FIGHT FOR THE ROCK anyway) | |
