At the risk of sounding like our old buddy Painkiller: Heavy Metal Breakdown is the only G.D. album you need, everything else is pretty "meh."

I'd agree. I like some songs here and there, but wouldn't sit through a whole album.

Agree with these choices. Their 80's album Heavy Metal Breakdown is a classic as well.

They do an interesting version of " School's Out " - dark - guitar crunch -

Ballads of a hangman is also a very solid release! Lots of speed metal on that one.
