Used to work with the singer and guitarist (they were interns at work). They ended up leaving Panama City and moving to Austin, TX. They have changed their name but at the time they were called Jam Therapy and had a retro sound.

Okay this is weird
To my ears it sounds somewhere between Ghost and Look What the Cat Dragged In era Poison!!!!
What's even more disturbing is that i like it!
Man, I was just looking for this song and thought about asking for its name here. Good thing I decided to check this thread again!
Anyway, gotta recommend Lucifer. Saw them opening for Paradise Lost in Zagreb in 2015, and they were pretty great - and actually one of the best opening acts that I discovered by going to a concert. Too bad I missed the beginning of their set.
BTW does anyone know of any newer bands that are influenced by glam rock? The only one I can think of is The Darkness (and I'd actually prefer something a bit darker, tbh).

She's back, she's still awesome and this sounds exactly like Purson!

Any news on Blood Ceremony or Orchid? Those are two of my favorite retro metal bands, but seems like they both fell off the face of the earth. Guess I could Google them and see what I find, but I like bugging you guys better lol

Ok, so I looked up Blood Ceremony, cause I like them more than Orchid, and I guess they released a 7" a few months ago. Might pick it up if I can find one for a decent price.

Swedish retro-rockers Horisont have a new album coming soon. I've honestly lost interest in these guys an album or 2 ago, but I thought the new album cover Sudden Death was pretty rad, so I'm bumping this thread for 'em…
Song's ok, but I think I have enough of their stuff already.

Never a favorite of mine in the whole retro "movement," but I enjoy them. Interesting tune here, though. Going for a bit of that Night Flight Orchestra sound? I dig it.

It seems a lot of bands on Century Media have that retro sound. I'll have to look for more from that label.
