There seem to be a few of these poppy folky metal covers bands and Hellsongs are similar to the others, ie a lot of harmless fun! This however is pretty great

I'm actually really sold on these guys now! My fav Lounge Metal band by far!
What I really like about the Heaven Can Wait song is seeing just how angry Iron Maiden fans can get on YouTube without actually exploding!
I just judge the music as I hear it and I like it, I like the originals too, it doesn't have to be a Metalheads vs Hipster Douchebags kind of deal.

I had no idea what to expect when I played that video. Now I'm all misty eyed (Africa is one of my all-time favorite songs). That's jaw-dropping.
That dude nailed it didn't he? AFRICA is IMO one of the best songs ever written and dude did a perfect rendition!

Yea, when a song can be stripped down to just an acoustic guitar and a mans voice (well the bass too) and sound just as great as it did with a full band, it shows the genius behind the song IMO. This guy nails it and TOTO are def a band more ppl should look into. Tons of great prog rock in their discography...

Okay, I've been checking this Mike Masse guy out and his covers really are great and this is my favorite (mostly because I absolutely LOVE this song, in fact, it's not the first time I've posted a cover of it on this thread )
Has this guy got a record out? I'd buy it!
