I might have posted this earlier in this thread, but it deserves a bump either way.
One of the coolest Maiden covers I've ever heard.

And since I just listened to this :
Very close to the original, but very cool nonetheless.

Damn. This is awesome.
I thought Puscifer was a joke band. Juvenile album titles and the song "Cuntry Boner," while funny, did nothing to convince me I would enjoy their albums. Listening on Amazon, though, and this stuff sounds pretty damn good.
This cover is sweet.

I'm kind of addicted to this. I didn't even like the Maiden Version!

Don't get mad, I just wasn't keen on that album.
Listen to this great cover instead!

Not mad, joking. If I didn't use any smileys then it wouldn't have been. Though Wasted Years IS one of my top 2 Iron Maiden songs (the other being Stranger In A Strange Land).

I'll have to re-visit Somewhere in Time again one day. It came out when I was seriously riding the first thrash wave and was pretty burned out on the first 5 Maiden records so it's fair to say that I never really gave it a chance.

Might not be a bad idea to revisit. There are MANY fans of Somewhere In Time that didn't like it the first time around.

Trog mentioned these guys eons ago and I've been trying to find a copy ever since.

A little unusual again but I love Dresden Dolls and I love War Pigs so this is pretty perfect!
That was pretty interesting, thanks for posting it.
Better than the more recent version of the song I've heard by both Cake and Tesla (two of the better known bands from my last place of residence, Sacramento, Calif.)

Need some help here, I am trying to update my iTunes albums and AXXIS - ReDISCOver:ed does not list the band names. Can anyone help fill in the missing band names?
Owner of a Lonely Heart (Yes) Ma Baker (Boney M) Stayin' Alive (Bee-Gee's) Roboter (Kraftwerk) White Wedding (Billy Idol) Another Day In Paradise (Phil Collins) Message In a Bottle (the Police) Locomotive Breath (Jethro Tull) Life is Life (Opus) Somebody to Love (Jefferson Airplane) Don't Bring Me Down (ELO) My Heart Will Go On (Celine Dion) Na Na Kiss Him Goodbye (Steam) Carbonara (Spliff) She Drives Me Crazy (Fine Young Cannibals) Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For (U2) Come Back and Stay (Paul Young) Good Times Bad Times (Led Zeppelin)
Got them all. Thanks for your help guys. I appreciate it.

Awesome, Thanks. I think the Roboter song is Kraftwerk but I am not familiar with them at all except in name.
Probably. I typed "roboter" into google and after a few German and ghey dvd sites popped up, there was a listing for a song called 'Die Roboter' by Kraftwerk. I guess that's it.
