I've got the 2-disc Pieces release from Grindhouse.

| Pieces is so bad it's funny. I like the random Ninja attack scene. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Started the JJ Abrams flick "Star Trek". So far I'm really enjoying it. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| MST3K-Final Justice The Money Pit, I was about 7-8 the last time I saw this, still funny as hell (even though I don't remember it much from the last time). Damn! Shelly Long had some GREAT legs didn't she? | |

| Saw Manos: The Hands of Fate the other day. IMDB placed it at number 8 on the bottom 100 films. Although it was really bad and really stupid, I though it was fun nonetheless. | |

| Watchmen Decent movie, but I'm glad I read the comic first or I probably would've been lost. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

| Still watching Star Trek. I love the subtle nods to true "Trekkies" in this movie. For example, there are 3 guys selected for the "space dive" onto the Romulan device orbiting Vulcan; Kirk, Sulu and some guy named Orson who is wearing a red suit. Guess which guy bites the big one? _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| It was an extremely short lived series on Sunday evenings in 2009. I believe it was CBS or NBC...can't remember. There's only 3 seasons but it was only on TV for part of 2009 and didn't finish. So I reckon they did all three at the same time and stopped airing them? Anyway, the cast of actors is amazing and the quality of acting is fantastic. It is set in a modern city in modern times but in this ficticous world, monarchies are the norm and Shilo is the kingdom led my King Sirus. The story line emulates the story of King David (not accurately of course) and his rise to power and fame through a young soldier named "David". Who in the current war saves the Kings son being held hostage in a bold act of bravery (taking out an enemy "Goliath" tank in the process ). That's how it all starts in the first episode. It's REALLY cool and very original...something totally different which is why I think I like it so much. The actor that plays the King is riveting! Can't think of his name.

| Sounds like a cool show! I must've missed it. I don't normally watch TV on Sundays. I guess that's why. | |

Me neither...except Sunday night football. Probably why it didn't make it. And as much as I liked it the few episodes I caught...I forgot about it and never went back. Some fan, huh?

I loved the first 3/4s of the movie but didn't like the cheap John Woo-esque action stuff at the end. Did love the final scene in the diner though. Kind of one of those movies that the more I think about it the better I liked it.
