I'm a major gorehound and while I've seen more squirm-inducing films, "Planet Terror" is the goriest movie I've ever seen. I never thought "Dead Alive" (aka "Brain Dead") would lose that title but the amount of gore in Planet Terror makes Dead Alive seem like a PG-rated flick.

Well now, that's quite a claim. Now I might have to see it (although it has always looked stupid to me).

It is stupid as far as the plot goes but it's soooooo gory.

Its decent I've never squirmed so much at the sight of a needle.lol

Ever seen "Audition" Ford? Now that's a needle scene...

I used to love that movie when I was a kid too. I'll have to get it from Netflix sometime just for old time's sake.

Yep, the Japanese one. One of the best "shot to the gut" movies ever. The first half is a romantic comedy but then that last 30 minutes kicks in...

Being a cat fan, I of course, have this one. Good flick if I set my love of cats aside.

We have this on DVD... my son watched it over and over and over and OVER for a while... I can now pretty much quote it chapter and verse... Laughing very hard

Even though I'm totally sick of it, I still get a kick out of banter between the evil cat "Mr. Tinkles" and his hench-cat voiced by Jon Lovitz.

Tinkles: "I want you to stay here." (i.e. in a burning building)
Hench-cat: "WHY?"
Tinkles: "Because I hate you."

The Hangover
Entertaining enough, but they forgot to include the funny. Because it wasn't. At all.

Too Tough To Die: A Tribute to Johnny Ramone
Concert of various artists paying tribute to Johnny & the Ramones hosted by Rob Zombie, filmed 2 days before Johnny died.

Training Day
Heard many good things about this, finally got around to seeing it. Very good.
