New Anthrax singer TBA.

I was hoping for FRED DURST.....

I don't know anything about Corey but even if he is a good singer I think Ian/Benante really need to step up the songwriting quality if they intend to deliver an album worth of their "Big 4" status.

*sigh* I guess it's better than Bo Bice.

I absolutely love these songs! I think they're killer.

i have nothing against the Slipknot guy, there are some ok Slipknot songs. i must admit, i thought that they'd at least pick someone who could devote 100% of himself to the band. guess i was wrong.

anyway, i suspect their next album will sound even more modern than the Bush material. at least that will piss off the "elitist old school crowd", lol. that almost makes it a great choice.

Some of Stone Sour's music is ten times heavier than what Anthrax has done lately.

So true, i intensely dislike Slipknot, i cant imagine HIM singing the Anthrax classics, the idea is ludicrous

I fear this will be the end of Anthrax for me:(
But they will surely get a lot of younger and prettier fans now. It`s sad the way a once GREAT band has turned in to a mix between a soap opera and a badly run Circus:puke:
