Yep! Name the last horror movie where all the leads are female? And the claustrophobic cinematography just makes you feel like you're in the cave. Best American horror movie I've seen in a long time. I really hope the sequel doesn't ruin it. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Me and my boys have been watching the "John Adams" HBO movie series. It's been real good actually. Not allot of action but I was really hoping my sons would get into it as I love early American history and the Revolutionary War especially. They have totally gotten into it. Second disc from Netflix however is all scratched and now we can't watch parts 4 and 5!! That pisses me off when that happens! | |

If you want to see a GOOD horror flick, check out Splinter instead. yes, i saw it. good old B style. i hadn't see a long time good horror movie a real horror not crappy as they release now. can anybody recommended for me prefect watchable horror ? The Descent Inside Planet Terror (goriest movie I've ever seen) Audition Feast As far as Splinter, I thought it was pretty good for a low budget flick but that jerky style of filming needs to stop. Feast does that too; all the monster attacks are in that flashy, jerky style and I hate it. Planet Terror is the goriest one I have ever seen too - the purpose was to make it as gory as possible and still get an R rating. Did you see the "fake" trailers? They had one for "Machette" (tag line - they fu***d with the wrong Mexican) - they are actually making a full length movie of that one. | |

| No full movies but the tail end of two great ones: A week ago: My Cousin Vinny (one of the best comedies ever IMO!) Two nights ago: The end of Night At The Opera. Great Marx Brothers film. My favorite is the contract dispute: Groucho-The party of the first part shall be known as the party of the first part. Chico-I don't a like that part. Groucho-That's known as the Sanity Clause. Chico-You can't a fool me, there is no Santa de Claus! | |

| I saw Public Enemies today. It was a pretty cool movie. It was very cool to see all of the 1930's decor. | |

| Orphan (2009) = Great
The Dark (2005) = A beautifully filmed old style horror movie with a bit of a confusing resolution, but recommended.
Lake Dead (2007) = Cheesy low budget slasher/in breeding movie. Entertaining enough. |

Is that like faces of death? I was wondering the same thing so I looked it up on Amazon. Apparently, Traces is more real than Faces. Anyone who's seen Faces of Death knows that a lot of the scenes in it are fake. Supposedly Traces is all real. Traces is also prohibitively expensive. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I have that one in my Netflix queue, think I'll bump it up to the top. |
