What bands do you HATE?

I can't stand these bands:

Rascal Flats
Presidents Of The United States
Dave Matthews Band (like Toho, I can't stand his voice)
Counting Crows (I have to hear that damn parking lot song everyday I work at Albertsons)
3rd Day (I can't stand their vocalist)
Spin Doctors
Rage Against The Machine
Crash Test Dummies
Smashing Pumpkins
Blind Melon (I love the Weird Al Video-Bedrock Anthem-where when the guitarist pokes that little fat girl from the BM video in the eyes)

So did I, thankfully they changed the radio station

Counting Crows is one of those bands that I really like but can't explain why because they have so many elements that I usually hate. Whiny vocals, emo lyrics, goofy looking lead singer...but I still like 'em. I've seen 'em live twice; once opening for The Stones and later on a double bill with the Wallflowers.

The thing is with most of the bands you mentioned (expection being Poison and Warrant) all these guys have chops to spare, especially Winger and Mr. Big, their songwriting was too geared to what was popular back than but most of the pop/hair metal bands had some excellent musicians. I have such mixed feelings regarding these genre.

That's the main reason I HATE these bands (not including Poison & Warrant who could barely play)...but the others wasted SO much talent it's just inexcusable. I mean look at Winger...they had Rod Morgenstern from the Dixie Dregs for goodness sakes...why? Same goes for Billy Sheehan slumming it in Mr. Big.

Oh yeah, one more band I remember hating....BRITNEY FOX.

They're pioneers of death metal. It's not that the band prefers anything, its just a fact. They don't even sound like a black metal band.

Black metal bands or any other bands that DARE to change classic lyrics to suit their agenda
case in point, Opera IX did a cover of "Rime" and changed the classic line to "We must love all things that satan made"
It was stupid,pretentious, and juvenile IMO

I know it's so weird. My choice is very limited: toxik, accept, udo, dio, priest, cavalera era sepultura, helloween, black sabbath, grave digger, motorhead, running wild, mob rules, early primal fear.

Most New wave of american metal and after.
Korn is one I hate a lot though to many to name as a lot of nu-metal is out there.A7X is horrible

I agree on most nu-metal bands, however despite them getting labeled as such, Korn has never considered themselves a metal band (they actually considered the term insulting at one time...snobs!).

In an old interview, Johnathan Davis said that the word metal brings to mind hair bands and cheese and thats not what Korn was about-not word for word mind you, the interview was almost a decade ago.
