Sounds good - I will probably get this album.... Les still sound great, but you can tell his voice has changed a bit with age (as it happens to everyone.) The song sounds like a heavier version of the stuff on All Stand Together........ I would have much rather listened to Oz solo on the song - my thought were "oz could have come up with a better solo than that!"

Paul Jackson's solo was well played and spot on...it was melodic, flashy, and fit perfectly.

He played it fine, I just though it was rather boring and the song deserved a better solo.

That lift leading into the chorus lets you know it's Bloodgood. I'm liking it!

i got a notice the cd was shipped yesterday.

Great song. I am a big fan and i am happy they are finaly back and not with a modern shit album, i hope. At least this new song gave me a lot of hope, i liked it. Also the singer still sound good.

So, I got my copy today, and I am very pleased!  
IMO, this is the album that should have followed Out Of The Darkness.  After a few listens, I only found 2 tracks that I would call weaker than the rest (but by no means "bad"). I was bobbing my head and singing along almost immediately!

It's got melody.
It's got bite.
It's.....Bloodgood!

Mine came in yesterday as well. So far very enjoyable. Anyone else notice "No More Tears" on track 4?

Yea that bass line is No More Tears for sure.  

The end of Child On Earth gives me chills every time I listen.  Reminds me of the way Heartbeat Of The City ended (refering to Les' s vocals).

I like it a lot so far but for some reason In The Trenches isn't as rockin' as I hoped. It's more of a plodding metal tune. Still good just not what I expected. I skipped over 2 songs, one I already forgot the name the other I skipped was Father, Father.

I Can Hold On that's the other I skipped.

I find the vox to be hard to stomach even now though they are more subdued on this.

It's up on Spotify, I listened to it today and agree with James. Some good tracks, some not so great tracks. The album sounds like it could have been the follow up to Out Of The Darkness. Nice to hear Sir Oz on guitar - he adds a bit to way the band sounds now. I always felt Paul Jackson's playing was rather bland (and still do after listening to the new album.) I'm sure I will pick it up one of these days.
