I turned off the game and took my kids fishing - I couldn;t take it anymore. Brad Johnson sucked bad today.

| I wouldn't lay all the blame at Johnson's feet though. The Cowboy's offensive line looked like the Rams' line. They let people get into Brad's face the whole game. And Jackson ran for 160 yard and 3 TDs on 25 carries; that isn't really Johnson's fault either. Hope you and your kids caught some fish! _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Toho....the NFL!?!?!?! 4 Weeks ago one would get laughed out of any room, off any radio show, etc, etc...if he said the Rams would spank the Cowboys. I love it!! | |

| Yeah, the Rams have a horrendous schedule. And we changed coaches right in the middle of the worst stretch. If someone had told me the Rams would lose their first 4 games by an average of 20 points each and we had Washington, Dallas and New England coming up, I'd have been sure we'd be 0-7. Just goes to show how much a head coach can influence a team. Last week, Haslett was in the face of a Redskins player after a play. That's way more passion than I'd ever seen from Linehan in the 2 years he was here. And I realize Dallas was banged up but I don't really think that made a difference. Their offensive line was as pathetic as the Rams' in the early weeks. Lots of stupid penalties and a Steven Jackson who ran like a beast was the story of this game. Plus, the Rams didn't have Orlando Pace on the line either. Since the O-line is the real weak spot of the Rams (among many), Dallas should have owned us on offense. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Dallas is in serious turmoil and Phillips is not the guy to fix that. I think too many distractions and too many players with issues is killing them. Jones needs to find a good football mind and let them run the team like he had with Johnson. |

Hope you and your kids caught some fish! They did - I know it's not all Brad Johnson's fault (Dallas D looked pretty weak, the O line played it's worst game in years) - they just didn't play with the exciting of when Romo is playing. Part of the problem with Brad is he isn't mobile - he just let every sack happened - couldn't get away. I guess being so use to watching Romo move out of the pocket and make a play, Brad looked like a sitting duck!

| So, the Bills forgot to get ready for Miami. Only real surprise this week except maybe how badly the Seahawks beat on the 49ers. |

| Well, the Lambs are back to normal. After three consecutive weeks of playing competitive football and actually winning 2 games, they were destroyed by Arizona 34-13. That's the way the first four games of the season went. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Most here in STL still really root for Warner. We think he got a raw deal here. I still root for him except when he's facing the Rams. Even then, I'm not too sorry when he does well. I thought it was cool that the Rams waited until Arizona was here before inducting Dick Vermiel into the Ring Of Honor. That was done solely because Kurt would be in town. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

Very true. He's my current favorite player. He's just such a nice guy, and man can he fling the ball. Let's you know he had a few years taken from him in between the Glory Rams years and the last couple. He could always play.

- Warner = MVP!!
little early for that. One thing that i always look for in a great qb is what they have to work with. When Warner was in STL. he had Bruce, Holt, and Faulk. That 3some is sick and i think any qb would've did well. Now in Arizona he has Fitz and Boldin who both are top 10 receivers in the NFL. Warner is a good qb and he is having a great year. He is in the top 3 in MVP voting imo. I don't think Arizona is for real, with no running game and hardly any defense. Playing in the weak nfc west helps.

| I think AZ may have found their running game with Hightower. That kid looks like a great combination of power and speed. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| I'm curious to see how Hightower performs against a real NFL defense. Hopefully Whisenhunt will stick with him as the starting RB. Yeah, AZ is my team after the Rams...all because of Captain Kurt. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.
