I don't think they've ever officially announced a break up, but their last album release was an odds-and-ends collection called Greatest Hits Vol. 16 in 2009, and their Wiki page sez their last live show was in 2012.

I heard the drummer had to stop playing because of her shoulders. Tinnitus. Real bad. Unorthodox way of playing the drums. Small gal. She actually went to Law School. Harvard ? Etc etc.
