Saw them live once opening for Extreme a loooong time ago. Pretty good live band, but I bought their then-current album afterwards and wasnt as impressed.

It's a band I remember but I'm not sure I know any of their songs, including the one Toho listed. Doesn't sound familiar to me at all. But it is a decent song.
I looked them up. From Philadelphia. Cinderella helped them out. 3 releases. After “ Four Winds “ was released in 1989 - The band actually dropped the first singer and guitar player ?
They hired a singer who also played guitar. Mike LeCompt. He has the voice of Rick Hughes when in Sinners and Saints. Coverdale -

^^ That was the album I bought after I saw them live (I couldn't remember the name of it last time I posted, so thanks for the reminder). It was OK but I never upgraded it to CD after buying the tape so it's been dog years since I've heard it.

I liked Four Winds much better than Stranded; Stranded just sounded too generic to me.

I had both of their albums on cassette and I may have had their debut one cd at one point, but they were a day late and a dollar short. Their brand of bluesy hair metal was already on it's last legs. I'm pretty sure I saw them live in a little club back in the day too.
Fun Fact: Their 2nd lead singer Mike LeCompt, had his own band (and album) with a decent club following back in the late 80's/early 90's
We went to the same high school, although he's a few years older than me. He still plays live, mostly acoustic cover tunes in the Philly/South Jersey area. He was playing in Wildwood last week.

Still playing this cd - fun listen. Interesting reading my previous comments from 4 years ago. Fine tuned my sentences a little. At least I wasn’t talking out of my a**. Lol.
