| Yeah McGee was and still is goofy looking but he's the nicest guy you'd ever want to run across. And man, that's a REALLY obscure reason for disliking someone At least I have good reasons; like Tom Brady is a primadonna and Manny Machado is an asshole. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Watched the Cardinals shut out the Dodgers 4-0 last night.
And if you watch any sports highlight shows I'm sure you've seen Ozuna's goofy play. I think it's more embarrassing that he so badly misjudged the ball than the fact that his cleats stuck in the foam padding and caused to take a faceplant. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Waiting for game 3 of LA vs STL.
Even though I don't follow hockey I'll probably be flipping over to the Blues/Jets game occasionally because the Blues are such an interesting story; they were in last place in January and now they're in the playoffs. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

The Islanders just won 4-3 in OT. Meanwhile, on a shocking note, the Columbus Blue Jackets came back from a 3-0 deficit to defeat the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-3 in Game 1 of the Columbus/Tampa Bay series.

| Watched the Cardinals complete a 4-game sweep of the Dodgers which is pretty amazing considering LA came in having won 5 games in a row. Now STL is off to Mexico to play the Reds. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

The Dodgers just couldn't pull out a victory in St Louis. Here's hoping their next series is better.

| Last night I saw the Islanders beat the Penguins 3-1.
On an amazingly shocking note, Columbus is ahead of Tampa Bay two games to none. Who would have seen THAT coming?

| After watching the Pens lose again to the Islanders, I switched it over to watch the Pirates beat the Nationals 4-3 and secure their first series win in DC in about 6 years. | |

| Cards split the two game "Mexico Series" with the Reds by winning today 9-5. Marcel Ozuna drove in 4 runs with two homers (about time!). _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| I saw part of the Columbus Blue Jackets/Tampa Bay Lightning game.
Columbus now has a 3-0 series lead. Never thought in a million years that would happen.

| Watched the Cardinals finally beat the Brewers 6-3 today. Marcel Ozuna homered for the 4th game in a row so maybe he's finally turning into the hammer we thought we were getting from the Marlins. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Last night I watched the Columbus Blue Jackets shock the Tampa Bay Lightning 7-3 in Game 4 of their series.
Columbus just finished the sweep of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Tampa Bay tied the NHL record for most wins in a season, but lost in four straight in the opening round. They are the first team in NHL history to win the Presidents' Trophy and lose in four straight in round one.
This is one of the biggest upsets in NHL history, and definitely the most shocking sweep in NHL history.

| Watched the Pirates pull out another 10 inning victory over the Tigers 3-2. They're playing alot better than anyone could have hoped, at least for now. It's a long season. | |

| Watched the Cardinals smoke the Mets 10-2.
Man so far the NL Central is going pretty much like I thought it would; everybody is at least competitive (although I thought the Reds would be better than they've been so far but there's still time for them to improve). This division and the NL East (and apparently the AL East) are going to be dogfights all year. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.
