This I'm afraid is my opinion as well. I know LB is always on the move with regards to his persona and the music he writes but these two tunes albeit fine for some aren't memorable for me.
Guess I will just go listen to Love You To Pieces again...

I like the first song. The second one is...odd. Haha.

The first song didn't do much for me. It was ok, but I like the 2nd tune better. I'm looking forward to the whole album though. I really enjoyed his last 2. I like the Starwood album he did too.

Hmmm, that's a bit different. Almost sounds like a leftover from Master Of Disguise. Regardless I'll still be picking this one up.

hmmmm….. I got this album coming in the mail tomorrow. I've been waiting for a follow up from the last album, but from the songs that's been released already I don't think it'll be anywhere close to being as good. Some of the layering of those vocals are harsh. Sometimes I wish he wouldn't do so many. I get why he does it, which I just recently found out but sometimes its a bit much. The song itself is kind of bland as well. I don't think the guitar chords changed much through the whole entire song, unless I spaced out at some point lol. I really hope theres some better songs left to hear, otherwise it was a bad move doing this album on his own and basically getting rid of his whole band that made an excellent album last time. we'll see.

Me neither. I have a couple of Lizzy's prior albums, I like'em just fine, but I think I'm gonna take a pass on this one.

I had a Best Buy gift card, so I added this one to my order. I'll give ol' Lizzy the benefit of the doubt. He's had a good track record with the last few, so I'll give it a shot. Hope my gamble pays off.

I'm going to pass on this too. I just haven't really liked any of the songs I've heard from this.
