Calling someone a subhuman because you disagree with their religion is sickening. Calling a terrorists a subhuman is fine, when they kill, they have in essence given up their humanity, but to call a Muslim a subhuman because he worships a different God than yours, or because you assume, if one is Muslim that must mean you are a terrorists, is ignorant at best, racist at worse.
