Well the 'Cuse is turning this one into a blowout.

Now I'm flipping back and forth between Hawaii/Maryland and No. Iowa/Texas A&M

Man, I wanted SFA to pull that off against ND. What a great game!

Okay, I get it, you HATE! football but I couldn't not pay my respects to the absolute guvnor Johan Cruyff who passed today.
When I was young, their wasn't a boy in a football playing country who didn't dream of being able to do what this guy did with a ball, his skills were just ridiculous! The catalyst for the all conquering 'total football' Ajax & Holland sides of the '70s his influence will touch football for as long as the game is played.

Yeah, I hate the sport, not necessarily the players.
RIP.

Sweet 16 games between Villanova and Miami and Texas A&M and OK. Neither game is terribly competitive at this point.

Well Miami was obliterated by Nova by 23 points and with a little over two minutes left OK is clobbering TAMU by 18.
I sure hope the next pair of Sweet 16 games are more competitive than these first two have been. It's been a great, competitive tournament so far and it would be a shame if the final rounds were mostly blowouts.

Tonight it's Wisconsin vs Notre Dame and UVA vs Iowa St.
So far these Sweet 16 games have been a lot more predictable than the first several rounds of the tournament. I think the most interesting Sweet 16 game will be the one between Syracause and Gonzaga, two double-digit seeds. I'm sick of Gonzaga so I'm rooting for the 'Cuse.

Watching Oklahoma STOMP Oregon so far which sucks.
I still root against OK ever since I had to work with this really obnoxious alumnus several years ago. I hate the Sooners thanks to him.

Dammit. Sooners won. Somewhere I know a really obnoxious Oklahoma fan who is driving everyone around him crazy.

Wow. Syracuse goes to the Final Four by beating UVA. Fourth double-digit seed to make the final four in tournament history.

Yesterday, I saw a bit of the hockey game between Ottawa and Winnipeg.
Some sad news for Canadian hockey fans...
Not one Canadian team is going to be participating in the Stanley Cup Playoffs; all Canadian teams have been eliminated from playoff contention.
That has to be the first time ever, right? Incredible.
It's actually the second time, but the only other time it happened was in 1969-70, when Montréal and Toronto were the only Canadian teams in the league. Now there are seven Canadian teams, and not one will be in this season's playoffs.

I don't follow hockey much at all but that would seem to be a rare occurrence to me. Isn't hockey the national sport of Canada?
Yes, hockey is considered Canada's game.

Watching Oklahoma vs Villanova, the first game of the Final Four.
I'm hoping for a Villanova/North Carolina championship game.

What a TOTAL demolition!
Villanova has a 42 point lead with about 4 minutes left.
I HATE Oklahoma thanks to an obnoxious Sooners fan I used to work with. I'm laughing my ass off at this!

Final was 95-51. Worst drubbing in Final Four history. Couldn't be a better team on the receiveing end.

Today I watched the Cardinals pick up exactly where they left off in 2015. 14 strikeouts and 10 men left of base. Wainwright had a meh start going 6 and giving up 3 runs. Cards lost to the Pirates 4-1.

I was hoping to watch that but my family dragged me out on a birthday shopping trip. Glad to see the Pirates win, even though it was lousy baseball weather today.

Pirates/Cardinals. Boo! That sucked. St Louis picked up right where they left off last year; 14 strikeouts and 10 LOB.

Flipping back and forth between Raw and the NCAA Championship game.
WWE must have realized WrestleMania sucked because they've sure been introducing a lot of new guys on this show.
