Adam Sandler has been a favorite of mine since his SNL days.Chevy Chase would be second

Will Ferrell's Talladega Nights and Anchorman are both awesome, so I gave him my vote. But Chevy Chase used to be my favourite.

The Naked Gun movies were amazing, and Leslie Nielsen was a big part of it, but I think mostly it was the brilliant concept and writing.

Looking at the voting, I see Ben Stiller gets no love, but I have to say I love Zoolander.

Mike Myers is funny too. Wayne's World, Austin Powers, a lot of it relied on his way of playing different characters. Not just script. Same goes for Jim Carrey and Eddie Murphy. Those two guys don't even need a good script to make a movie worth watching.

I guess Rob Schneider is my least favourite of the bunch.

My favourite Adam Sandler movies are his sports films - Happy Gilmore and Waterboy.

I could pick any of those except Adam Sandler. I can't stand that d-bag. Went with Leslie.

From that list, went with Eddie - delirious and raw were huge parts of my play list back in the day....

Steve Martin is the funniest man ever, and also a winning non-comedic actor.

Adam Sandler is the least funniest person ever, and the gonzo thing for me is how funny I found Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, Mr. Deeds, and Eight Crazy Nights--but I never laughed because of something he did or said. It was always because of the supporting cast. And I believe those are the only four movies I could stand.

Steve Martin got my vote. Chevy was a close second though.

Steve Martin gets my vote. Although everyone on that list has some merits, he has been the most consistent over the last 3 decades or so.
