Sun Bowl - Duke vs Arizona State
The remaining bowls are going to have a hard time beating the Bahamas Bowl from the other night. Western KY had a 49-14 lead in the 4th quarter when Central Michigan finally woke up and scored 5 touchdowns in the 4th quarter. They ended up scoring the final TD on a series of laterals with no time left on the clock. Then instead of playing for the 49-49 tie, they went for the 2 point conversion and failed so Central Michigan ended up losing 49-48. Easily the best bowl game of the year so far...
That Bahamas Bowl was insane!
Sadly, my Cincinnati Bearcats lost to Va Tech today in the Military Bowl.
Yeah, I was pulling for Cincy in that one. And Duke just lost to AZ St. in the Sun Bowl which sucks for me.
Now I'm watching the Independence Bowl sponsored by ducks (WTF?). I want to see S. Carolina squash Miami.

OK, so SC didn't "squash" Miami but they still won. Now I'm on the Pinstripe Bowl.

Yep! Great game.
Holiday Bowl on now.
I love college football because you just never know...you're talking about teenagers for the most part so emotions are all over the place and results are so unpredictable. Same reason I love college basketball...talk about "any given DAY".

"One For the Money" (2012)
This adaptation of Janet Evanovich's long-running series of "Stephanie Plum" comic adventure novels is essentially a vanity project for Katherine ("Grey's Anatomy") Heigl. She's a down-on-her-luck South Jersey chick with a serious 'tude who takes a skip-tracer job with her cousin's bail-bonds business, and ends up getting mixed up with some very bad people in the process. Disposable but entertaining enough.

Watched NFL Redzone before the start of the Rams game vs. Seattle.
Now I'm watching St. Louis give the Seahawks all they can handle.
Shutout Seattle 6-0 in the first half; first time since 2011 Seattle hasn't scored in the first half.

Ugh. Same here. I always hope they lose. Such an overrated program living off their past glories.

Currently watching one of the potentially more interesting matchups of the "pseudo bowls".
The Belk Bowl featuring #13 Georgia vs #21 Louisville. Tied at 7-7 after the first quarter.

Hulu Plus has a nice selection of classic Doctor Who episodes (much more than either Netflix or Amazon Prime currently offer), over 400 in total.

The original or the remake. The remake is silly (Billy is unkillable) but I still like it. I've never seen the original.

A supposed horror film geek hasn't seen the original Black Christmas? For shame!
I would actually classify it more as a suspense film than a horror film, but regardless it's well done. It has been ripped off so many times since that the original impact probably has been lost.
Great cast including Olivia Hussey, Keir Dullea, John Saxon and Margot Kidder. Directed by Bob "Porkys" Clark.
The remake is a steaming turd only partially redeemed by a bevy of beautiful babes.

Chik-Fil-A Peach Bowl.
TCU totally destroyed Ole Miss 42-3. I guess TCU wanted to prove why they think they belonged in the playoffs. They only allowed Ole Miss 129 total yards. Total domination.

Now watching the Fiesta Bowl.
So far Boise State is dominating but at least Arizona is putting up a fight. 38-27 after three quarters.
