- I'm surprised there's not more love for No More Tears here. Probably the heaviest album Ozzy ever did if you don't count the ballads. Like MG, I killed my cassette from overplay. Still listen to it more than the others.
NMT was one of the first CDs I bought when I got a CD player. I was disappointed with it, though. I was still riding the high of No Rest (which was my first Ozzy album and remains my favorite overall Ozzy record) and NMT just didn't stack up. Now though, I think NMT is great. I play it pretty regularly too.[/quote]

| No More Tears was the last great Ozzy solo record. Ozzmosis was just okay but the stuff I've heardreleased after that has never made me want to run out and get them. | |

| I've always been partial to No More Tears... No Rest For the Wicked would come in at a close second.
Now that you all mention it, I really need to upgrade those 2 to CD one of these damn days.... _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

I lost track after Ozzmosis, really. It had a couple of cool heavy numbers but far too much balladry and then Zakk left the band so I lost interest. What is everyone's opinions on Down to Earth and beyond? Like any album, if there are solid songs I'll listen. Every Ozzy album has something to offer, but as far as them being full solid albums? I just can't say the newer ones are...

Not really, but there are a few here and there. I loved Ozzmosis even if tracks 2,3,5,7,8,and 10 were slow songs Tomorrow is one of my fav Ozzy songs!!
