Obituary - The End Complete Morbid Angel - Domination Deviated Instinct - Guttural Breath
All original vinyl pressings for the grand total of £28 Old school extreme metal seems to be in a lull price wise at the moment. A couple of years ago the Morbid Angel album alone was fetching a lot more than that!
On a non metal tip
Grimes - Visions (I pretty much love that record) vinyl

Every now and again you get one that you have been after for what seems like forever, today was one of those days!
Thought that this had gotten away from me but I got a second chance offer due to the guy who beat my bid not wanting to pay till the end of the month.
I'm pretty sure that this is a repress (the seller says that it's the European version, which I didn't know existed) but at the price I paid, I'm more than happy. I now have all of The Distillers albums on vinyl!

I don't know. I hate Chris Barnes's vocals, so I just assume all Six Feet Under albums suck. Haha.

I pre-ordered Bruce Springsteen's High Hopes, so that should be in tomorrow.
I also bought a couple albums of iTunes: -Bob Dylan- Dylan '73. The only CD of this available is with the recent 42-disc complete albums set. I don't know why people don't like this. I love it. -Giuda- Racey Roller. I have the vinyl, but it's such a fun record that I need to be able to listen to it in the car. A glam stomper for sure.

That's a very excellent release. Pick up the s/t debut too if you haven't already.

Yeah, he's the worst of the death metal crop of the day; sounds like a malfunctioning toilet. Put it on this morning. Meh. Not much to write home about, not terrible either.

Blind buy for me. Had no idea he even had solo work out there. For a buck, I figured I'd give it a shot. Haven't listened to it yet, though, but if I dig it I will no doubt get anything else they've put out.

It's more on the poppier side of things, with some Queen influence. Brain May plays on a track or 2 too. Very catchy. I listen to both albums quite a bit.
In you're looking for other Foo-related material, check out guitarist Chris Shiflett's album, Chris Shiflett and the Dead Peasants. Heavily acoustic, with some country-twang to it courtesy of some lap steel guitars and such, very similiar to when the Rolling Stones used to do country tunes in the 70's.

Hmmm...that might be a bit too country for me. At least the first one. All Hat and No Cattle seems to have more of a classic, roots-oriented rock-and-roll sound to it.
