It was ok. Much better than 99% of most horror movies made since the millenium change. I liked the 80's feel of it

I only saw that movie once, I remember liking the very beginning sequence (the cable decapitating everyone) but thought the rest of the film sucked. Worth noting for early roles for both Karl Urban (Star Trek) and Emily Browning (Sucker Punch). Hard to believe that Julianne Margulies is in this as well...

Watched the premiere of Helix on SyFy. Not bad. I'll keep watching.
Then caught Countess Dracula (1970) . A decent Hammer film with Ingrid Pitt in the title role.

Blue Jasmine (2013, Woody Allen)
Cate Blanchett's amazing performance powers the entire movie, the film itself is pretty good but Blanchett elevates it far beyond where it would have ended up with a different actress in the role. Not one of Woody's best movies, but definitely one of the best characters he has captured.

I like Cate Blanchett an awful lot more than I like Woody Allen these days.

Saints vs Seahawks.
I'm not a New Orleans fan by any stretch but I hate Seattle (mostly because of Pete Carroll). C'mon Saints, do something!

Finally watched the premiere episode of the ill fated reboot of 'Ironside', which I believe only lasted 2 (maybe 3) episodes before they pulled the plug on the show. Blair Underwood was very good in the role but the show, aside from the fact the main character is in a wheelchair was just another run of the mill cop show.

"Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" (1989) - Indy's third go round sends him on a quest to find the Holy Grail - and to rescue his estranged father (Sean Connery) from the Nazis along the way. A lot of the movie does feel like "Raiders" all over again, but it's so much fun that most viewers won't mind.
