I don't work out but if I were to frolic, this would be my choice
But I know that you do things a little differently in Norway

Anything fast & heavy completely throughout. Trust me, nothing throws you off like a ballad or acoustic piece when working out.

I think there's supposed to be a cool down period when doing cardio. But if the album is really short like Reign In Blood, go for it.

For some reason, the slower stuff does not seem to bother me while working out.

I run 4-6 miles every day, and I pretty much always listen to anything Dio-related. I try not to listen to him when I'm not running so I don't get burnt out. lol But something about his voice can pump me up and make me run through just about anything. His music usually has just the right tempo, too.

Strangely enough I had to remove some Dio tunes from my workout list because I grew tired of them. It was Spotifys fault though, as it kept playing the same tune over and over while in random mode.
Jorns voice works well for me though.

I'm completely OCD with working out and music. Eliptic machine will be for melodic stuff, bike is for the thrash/death/punk, and running usually is a pick'em. Every once in awhile I'll switch everything up to keep it interesting. Lifting is "no music". I go for reps, and music makes me screw up my counts. Plus I'm at the age where I fear injury so I want to have complete focus and form.
For days I'm dragging on the cardio any Nuclear Assault is my go-to.
