'Rambo' (4) on blu-ray. Always liked this one although it is a little too safe in getting in, getting out. I wanted to see more missionary interaction with Rambo.

Nice to see James Marsters (Spike from Buffy The Vampire Slayer) has joined the cast, he's always hilarious.
Yeah! Funny thing is, I didn't recognize him till about halfway thru the episode cuz he's got dark hair now. But the minute he came onscreen I started going "Who the hell IS that? I KNOW that guy!" ... then it finally hit me, "Holy crap, it's Spike!"

Third installment of the family comedy series follows our junior-high schooler hero Greg Heffley through a particularly disastrous summer vacation that includes a new pet, a trip to the beach, a Boy Scout campout and a Sweet Sixteen party featuring his brother Rodrick's (awful) band, "Loded Diper!"
This one wasn't as good as the previous two "Wimpy Kid" installments but there were still some chuckles to be had and both of my kids enjoyed it.

I really loved this flick. One of those rare times where the actual movie lived up to the trailer.

Definitely had a different reaction than I did, it made my "Worst of 2012" list right under Battleship. I watched it all the way through for Maggie Grace but it wasn't easy.

What can I say - I'm a big Luc Besson fan boy. First I've ever seen of Maggie Grace - she should be a bigger star IMHO. Hell put her in the lead of the Weird Science remake.

She was on the first season of LOST, she's the daughter in the Taken movies and was on the most recent season of Californication. Most of her time has been doing independent films.

This is immensely enjoyable by the way, especially because the hilarious looking Barugon is also in it briefly before Godzilla kicks his ass. Nice FX.

"The Expendables 2" (2012)
Sly Stallone and his crew of aging mercenaries travel to Eastern Europe to shut down a supervillain (Jean Claude Van Damme) who's digging up a stash of decommissioned Russian plutonium. Naturally, lotsa bullets fly, things crash and stuff blows up. Good, mindless fun, with the added bonus of being a "spot the action star" game. ("Look, it's Chuck Norris! Hey, it's Arnie! Wow, it's Jean Claude Van Damme!")
