Yeah, I'm still okay with my list as well.

I'm okay with eating about 50 pancakes now, the Red Velvet ones, from IHOP, with some maple or blueberry syrup and a buttload of eggs.

More or less okay with my list. I might exchange The Darkness and Joey Ramone, and I'd add Sabaton between Storm Corrosion and Angel Witch, but that's all.

They just found out recently that salt intake is irrevelant. Who's to say they're right about Cholesterol?

They just found out recently that salt intake is irrevelant. Who's to say they're right about Cholesterol?  

I remember when eggs and butter could kill, and oatmeal could give you diabeetus. Now these are foods that can save your life lol.

I do try avoid some things, trans fats, aspartame etc... But nothing as awesome as eggs or butter!!
