Geoff Tate to Rocklahoma, "You Guys Suck"

I actually like the song. Geoff's Prince imitation at the end is funny. Looks wise, I think they were going for some kind of goth/vampire thing.

Looks like Queensryche's next show (and first official show as Queensryce with Todd La Torre) is next week at the halfway jam (somewhere near Uncle Saxon territory). I am sure there will be a $h!!load of youtube videos of this one!

interesting what they did with the symbol. not crazy about the logo but they never really had a set design. cant wait to hear something

So sad what has happened to my two favorite hair metal bands of the 80's/90's. Queensryche and Def Leppard once ruled my cd collection. Now they both play unlistenable crap!

i like the colors but i am not sure about the logo.

The bolts in the logo are lame. Hopefully this isn't an official logo. It's cheesy 90s CGI kind of crap.

Ha -didn't notice the bolts until you pointed them out! They do look out of place, though I don't mind the slightly modernised triryche logo.

The bolts in the logo definitely need to go. But the triryche symbol looks really good. I'm kind of surprised to see the skull inside of it.

Quick summary: Sounds like the Tates are trying to keep Queesnryche from performing, calling promoters and threatening them (they included emails) and saying the name is being disputed (even though a judge already ruled that Queensryche can continue to use the name.)

The band is now counter-suing Tate. Tate has a new booking agent, who is selling Tate's solo act as Queensryche: Starring Geoff Tate The Original Voice.

Also suing for Tate trying to see Operation:Mindcrime as his own work and using the Queensyrche corporation to funnel funds around for a band the Susan Tate managed called VooDoo, who are non-US citizens and didn't have work permits yet worked in the states and Susan Tate paid them thought the Queensryche corporations.

So, not only are the Tate's getting counter-sued, but they would also be on the hook if the IRS or other Feds come calling for the whole VooDoo thing. Paying people for work who aren't legally authorized to work in the US is a HUGE deal. I work in HR and they are going to be in serious trouble if these docs are shared with the Feds and they talk action. Geoff and Susan will be facing potential jail time, or at least a huge fine for their actions.

Their best effort since "Promised Land" My lonely opinion on this album will sure lead Geoff for winning the lawsuit.
