On the PoM cover album, it is great listen of some redone classic tracks. Now if only the rest of their catalog sounded like this.
The Axxis album is ALL pop songs redone with an edge. I like it quite a bit. Their version of Message in a Bottle destroys the cover of the same song that Machine Head recorded.
I may need to get that Axxis one.

| I would love to get Medium Rare by the Foo Fighters
I think for me I like covers more than cover albums but thats just cuz of my exposure to cover albums but I think it would be between GNR Spaghetti Incident or Scott Weiland's cover album (which is available via his site for like 12 bucks)
Some of my favorite covers are
Bjork - Army of Me Guns N Roses - Black Leather Iced Earth - Burnin For You Ozzy Osbourne - Working Class Hero Marilyn Manson - Tainted Love, Sweet Dreams, Personal Jesus, Five to One Scott Weiland - Jean Genie

That's true. I like Fozzy. Besides the Fozzy discs, the only other covers CD I own is Iced Earth - Tribute To The Gods. Very cool cover art. Oh, I should also include KISS Jigoku-Retsuden. The current KISS covering classic KISS. It's amazing how much they sound like KISS.

I may need to get that Axxis one. I really enjoy it, there are 2 obscure tracks that I have never heard before and I cannot find any info on them. Gotta love a digital DL but it was stinkin CHEEP as a pre-order. Check Amazon.

| I really enjoyed Halestorm's "Re-Animate" EP, they're version of GNR's "Out Ta Get Me" was simply incredible! | |

| Holy Dio is a great tribute album! One I enjoy is "Numbers From the Beast: An All-Star Tribute to Iron Maiden." Ripper does a decent job on Flight of Icarus, but I also enjoy Chuck Billy's read on Fear of the Dark and Lemmy singing the Trooper. | |

Don't forget Joe Lynn Turner, DD Snider, and Jeff Scott Soto.
