Some people just don't care about art. It still doesn't make sense to me to quit lala. If you get a CD without back art, request it again. It's $1.75 each time. That's still far cheaper than you'll find at most other places.
Also, the message I send to people sending me a CD seems to work really well. I get the back art 99% of the time.

i just set up my printer and am printing off the artwork, close enough.

I'd rather have the real traycard, and when they don't send it it makes my blood boil, but using my printer is a decent solution.

I've never used Lala, don't know anything about them. But, when I buy a CD, I want all of the artwork. I would rather spend more money and get a quality product than a little bit and get a product that won't satisfy.

But usually you get the back insert or whatever is missing on a second trade, and that's still far less than a regular CD.
