My wife picked this one out for tonight...

"Abandoned" - Brittany Murphy's last film. She drops her boyfriend off at a hospital for a routine procedure and... he disappears without a trace. She then spends the rest of the movie trying to convince hospital security and the police that she's not crazy. Pretty routine suspense/mystery, probably would've went quietly to DVD or premiered on the Lifetime Network if it weren't for the "BRITTANY MURPHY'S FINAL PERFORMANCE" hype.

Brittany was cute a few years ago but all through this movie I kept saying "Damn, she looks like hell."

Upon Deathcults suggestion I watched Maximum overdrive for the first time last night..hahahaha.

Great film with a even more badass soundtrack by ACDC. headbanger

Awww man, I haven't seen "Maximum Overdrive" in ages. It's hilariously awesome, made even funnier by Stephen King's admission some years back that he was coked out of his mind during the entire filming process...

The original wasn't all that good, fun, but not good. But the remake still managed to such 200 times more!
