| It's too bad people can't get over that early image and just hear the music. I bet if they heard Pull and didn't know who it was a lot of people would like it. |

I was half expecting someone to mention Stewart. | |

| I always thought it was lame how they made Stewart wear a Winger shirt on that show. They should have had him wear something else like a New Kids on the Block shirt. Anyway ... Winger got a bad rap from that. I hated to see that happen. So many people never even gave them a chance because of this. Unfair. And like Nazgul said, if people even gave "Pull" half a chance, they'd probably like it quite well. | |

| Beavis & Butthead is an example of how TV can sway an entire audience... WINGER, glossy image aside, was an amazing Rock band...songs like "State Of Emergency", "Rainbow In The Rose", "Hungry", "Headed For A Heartbreak", "In The Day We'll Never See", "Baptized By Fire", "Madalaine", "Under One Condition", "Time To Surrender" and the entire Pull album are absolute top shelf Melodic Hard Rock...and on a sheer talent/technical level, the individual musicians were/are master craftsmen... |

| Winger IV is a great record. I haven't heard a Winger song that I didn't like. | |

| WINGER's musicianship was much better than their songwriting IMHO. Reb Beach's chops are through the roof. | |

Reb Beach's chops are through the roof. As are Morgenstein's and Winger's...Kip Winger is a monster musician/composer...crazy talented. |

| They were one of the first hard rock bands that i got into back in 1988. I remember really liking Reb Beach's effortless lead playing. I moved on to much heavier things but back then it was all about Winger, Skid Row, LA Guns and Ratt.

| I had their debut on cassette way back when, but never bothered to upgrade it to cd. Never felt compelled to check out their other output either. I don't listen to much hair/melodic rock these days anyway, with some exceptions of course. But if I ever do decide to go down that path again sometime in the future, Winger would be pretty far down on that list of bands to check out. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.
