Coming out the 27th and is supposed to meld the sounds of the first two albums with the last two. Myself, I hope it's mostly in the vein of Pull, that is an awesome album.

Really looking forward to this one!
I've been a Winger fan for years.
"Pull" is also my favorite as well. That album really painted them in a different light. I hope the new one follows suit with that one as well.

I am looking forward to this too. Pull is great, for sure, but I really like the first 2 a lot. I need to find one more of Kip's solo efforts and I am complete on my Winger discography. Peace.

Yeah, I'm with ya. I also like those first two albums as well.
I'd rate em and rank em like this:
1. Pull 9/10 2. In the Heart of the Young 8.75/10 3. Winger 8.5/10
I still need to get "IV".

I was out today, so I took the chance on Best Buy having Karma. They didn't, no surprise... Online ordering is basically the only way to get to hear the "old guys" play!

Karma is a really good record...Rocks harder than IV and not as moody...but still ballsy and energetic...

I like the 1st album and Pull. I hope there is some cool Reb Beach shred on it.

I picked up Kip's solo "This Conversation Seems Like A Dream" a number of years back. Nothing like Winger, for sure. A lot of slower tempo stuff. I enjoyed it, but it's definitely an acquired taste.

Kip's solo stuff, IMO, is fantastic.

I need to check into that stuff. I never have.
Is it kinda like Winger's slow stuff? Cause I like their ballads.

Like Winger's slow/serious stuff blended w/ Peter Gabriel or something (it's always reminded me of Peter Gabriel...I don't know why)...has a slightly progressive vibe in places...

I can hear that comparison and though I like PG I wasn't able to get into Kip's solos stuff.

It is a fantastic album, no doubt. Kip is such an underrated songwriter. His last solo album is excellent as well.
And he's got a new project!

Really enjoying Karma, and I'm not a big fan of Winger at all, I think the S/T disc is pretty forgettable for the most part.
Karma seems to pull several different elements together and make them work. AOR, hard rock, and other influences.

That song to me sounds like he learned his songwriting in school to do all those things you're supposed to do but nothing in that song is particularly engaging.

Karma smokes, period! Great disc! His new side project with his brother, Blackwater Creek, is also really good.
