I'm looking forward to that one. I'm reading the graphic novel now, so I wanna wait till I'm done before I watch the movie. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. I enjoyed that one a lot more than the original NATTM. It was a lot funnier! Last night I watched The Black Hole. Alex _________________

not bad, but not as good as it was made out to be. The Last Stand still remains my favorite of the franchise.

The title of this thread is "Seen any GOOD movies?" hehe... i can see what you mean... There is only one Inspector Clouseau and Steve ain't it. The first one was enough for me to avoid the 2nd. It had is't funny moments but a. the hamburger routine was painful to watch (and hear) and b. no Cato (too unpolitically correct even though a Chinese actor played him in the origionals). Good try by Steve and Keven but their characters couldn't even touch the origional Inspector and Dreyfus. Just watched 300. TNT had it Sunday night and I taped it but somehow 20 minutes into it the channel was changed (I think I rolled over the remote in my sleep). I rented it from Blockbuster today. Just as good as the first time I saw it. Great piece of historical fantasy (the "boy lovers" mentioned were what the Spartans really were, there were more than 300, and there was no 8ft. tall, 800lb. man with swords for arms).

For some reason, my six year old thought the "hamburger" routine was hilarious when the trailers for that movie first started showing up on TV earlier this year. He walked around for a couple of days shouting "Am-ber-gair!" at random and laughing his head off. Sheesh, kids. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

Also started watching Dexter on dvd. Awesome! You've got more patience than I do. I never even made it through Automaton Transfusion. Horrible cinematography, totally wooden acting and crappy FX. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

There was a lot of hoopla over this movie locally. The director, Harald Swartz is from the town next to where I live, so when the movie premiered, there was all red carpets and movie stars! Funny, because everyone knew it was gonna suck. _________________

| I finally watched Clint Eastwood's 'Gran Torino', even at 78 years old, It still looks like Clint Eastwood could beat your ass.
The movie was a good movie and at 78 Eastwood seems to be getting better as a director.

| Halloween - the Rob Zombie one Pretty good. Very gory/violent. Very. I'm a sucker for back stories. I love to know they "why" so I liked that. Once the adult MM gets going, it's just O.K. The Scream Queen is roughly 1 Million times hotter than that pedestrian girl in this version. | |
