Avantasia

I have only The Scarecrow but I really enjoy it. I'd like to pick up the other stuff but I haven't gotten a chance to do it yet. Other stuff is a higher priority on the want list! I like the Alice Cooper tune and I like the Celtic feel of the title track, too. There are some great performances throughout the album.

I'm especially exicited to hear what Tim "Ripper" Owens contributes! He's one of the most underrated singers in metal.

So what will the new Avantasia album be called? "The Wicked Symphony"? or "Angel of Babylon"? You mentioned two names, so I was a bit thrown off.

I think tobias is putting out two albums this time around, hence both titles.

Just found out about the two albums while searching Wikipedia and they are being released at the same time. Scarecrow was my album of the year in '08 and I have listened to that countless amount of times. I can hardly wait for these two and I have high expectations for these.

"The Scarecrow" was also my album of the year in 2008. Fantastic album. 10/10.

I can hardly wait for this new double-album. I'm about to pee my pants just thinking about this one.
