Yeah, he was 56 when he died. Cancer was the cause. It was diagnosed in September and he passed away 3 months later. A death is a terrible thing to deal with,doubly so around the holidays. I'm okay with it more or less now but my poor mom has not been the same since.

I can sympathize, I lost my own father a few years ago and it also was during the holiday season. Definitely makes it harder when such a terrible thing happens around this time of the year
